The Cottage

Holly Tide is a 2-bedroom cottage, with a downstairs bathroom, kitchen diner, lounge and small, paved, enclosed back garden. We will accept a maximum of 4 guests in the cottage at any one time. There is gas central heating, supplemented by an electric fire in the lounge, making this cottage as suitable for out-of-season breaks as it is for summer holidays. Parking is available, but not guaranteed, outside the cottage. More parking is available in one of the neighbouring streets, and you will usually find a space within 200 yards of the cottage.

You enter the front door of the cottage into the lounge. Simply furnished but cosy, this is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day, with a colour television and video player provided for your enjoyment.

Passing through the lounge you reach the kitchen diner, which has been equipped to a very high standard to help make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. There are an electric cooker/grill, fridge, microwave oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster in addition to a range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dining table and chairs, where you will be able to enjoy the fruits of your labours, feast on a banquet from one of the local takeaways, or simply relax and tackle your favourite crossword!

Beyond the kitchen, through a small hallway that gives access to the back garden, is the bathroom, which includes a shower over the bath.

Access to the bedrooms is via a staircase leading up from the kitchen diner. The front bedroom has a double bed, a colour television and offers a glimpse of the sea, whilst the smaller, back bedroom has twin beds. Hanging and drawer space is provided in each room.

Booking Information

Bookings are accepted for any time of year, but generally only for periods which are multiples of one week, commencing on a Saturday. Should you wish to make a reservation, please contact the coordinators, who will be happy to discuss availability and answer any other questions you may have.
